New University Website for Administrative Tasks

AccessTufts is a portal for staff and faculty to get work done

Tufts has launched a new website for university employees that centralizes everything you need to get your job done more efficiently and manage matters such as benefits.

AccessTufts, a collaborative effort among Tufts Technology Services (TTS), Tufts Support Services, University Relations and others, is a one-stop shop for administrative tasks and content involving finance, technology, events and meetings, and travel. The site includes forms, tip sheets, checklists, an alphabetical list of all departments, and quick links to Human Resources, eServe, email, and university divisions.

AccessTufts is mobile-friendly, so administrative activities can be done from any device at any time. A Tufts username and password are required to initiate certain tasks.

The site will continue to evolve into a comprehensive online resource for all administrative information and transactions, according to Thom Cox, design director at TTS. To guide that evolution, the AccessTufts service team wants to hear from you; use the feedback form on the site or send an email to access-feedback@elist.tufts.edu.

A representative from the AccessTufts team is available to meet with any department or team to demonstrate the features on the site. If you’d like to schedule a demo, email accesstufts-support@elist.tufts.edu
