Tufts Century Ride Visits Three Campuses

100-mile bicycle trek brings together more than 120 members of the university community

More than 120 students, faculty, staff and alumni took part in the Tufts Century Ride on May 9, braving damp weather as they biked 100 miles with stops on the Medford/Somerville, Grafton and Boston campuses.

Hosted by the Office of the Provost, in collaboration with the Tufts cycling team, the Tufts Century Ride provided a fun way for community members to connect with each other and a different way to see the three campuses.

For those who did not want to pedal the full 100 miles, there were four options, mapped out in 20-mile segments. Participants gathered for a post-ride reception outside Ballou Hall at the end of the afternoon.
